How airys uses cookies and similar technologies — essential product cookies, cookieless analytics, and a LinkedIn marketing tag on our public site.

This Cookie Notice explains how airys, inc. (“airys,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and in the Services. It should be read alongside our Privacy policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to site operators. “Similar technologies” include local storage and session storage that serve comparable purposes.

2. Essential cookies only

In short: We only use what's needed to make the product work.

We use strictly necessary cookies and storage to operate the Services, including:

  • Authentication and session — set through our login partner, Auth0 by Okta, to keep you signed in to the dashboard.
  • Security — to protect against cross-site request forgery and other abuse.
  • Preferences — to remember choices such as your dashboard settings.

These are essential for the Services to function and cannot be switched off through our interface.

3. Marketing cookies (LinkedIn Insight Tag)

On our public marketing pages we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, a service provided by LinkedIn Corporation. It sets cookies (such as bcookie, lidc, li_gc, and UserMatchHistory) and shares a hashed identifier with LinkedIn so we can measure how our LinkedIn ad campaigns perform, understand which visitors arrived from LinkedIn, and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. This involves cross-site tracking by LinkedIn.

The Insight Tag runs only on our public marketing website — never inside the product dashboard, and never on your help center or the chat widget shown to your customers. You can opt out of LinkedIn's use of the Insight Tag for advertising in your LinkedIn account under Settings & Privacy → Advertising data, and you can block or delete these cookies through your browser (see Section 6). Where local law requires your consent before such cookies are set, you may withhold it using those same controls.

4. Analytics

We measure how our website is used with Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool that is cookieless and does not collect personal information or persistent identifiers. Because Plausible does not set cookies or track individuals, our analytics do not rely on cookies. The only cookies set for measurement or advertising are those from the LinkedIn Insight Tag described in Section 3.

5. Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties that may set their own cookies when you interact with them — for example, Stripe during checkout and Auth0 by Okta during sign-in. Those cookies are governed by the respective providers' policies.

6. Managing cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, and set most browsers to refuse cookies or alert you when one is set. Note that blocking or deleting essential cookies will prevent you from signing in and using the dashboard.

7. Changes to this notice

We may update this Cookie Notice from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
